I’m back at it, internet friends! I am trying to keep myself accountable one little bit at a time, and it’s time to check in to see how I did on my goals for November! Let’s take a look, shall we?
Update the About Me page on my blog: DONE!!! It’s not amazing, but it’s better than before. I can keep tweaking this as time goes on.
Plan blog posts for the rest of the year: DONE!!! All planned and some even written and scheduled! Go me!
Clean out the trunk of my car: MOSTLY DONE!!! I got all the junk out, but I still have a few things in there. (Like bags of clothes I need to take to donate. So that’s ok, right?)
Use the rest of my white strips: DONE!!! I only had a few, but now they are used and my teeth hopefully look a little bit whiter.
Power down for an hour before going to bed: FAILED!!! I did pretty good with this most nights, but sometimes I just like having background noise while I’m getting ready for bed. A lot of times that is HIMYM or Scrubs playing on the TV. I’ll keep trying!
Pack and bring a healthy lunch to work: MOSTLY DONE!!! I did forget my lunch a few days, but for the most part I brought my lunch and it was healthy-ish!
And now let’s take a look at what I want to accomplish this month.
One – Look into getting a .com domain name. Unfortunately, mynameisnotkatie.com is already taken (grrr) so is .co acceptable? Is that lame? Should I jut have a different domain name? I’ll have to do some thinking!
Two – Get a library card. I honestly can’t believe that I haven’t done this yet! I’m starting to run out of books in my apartment that I still need to read and I don’t want to spend all of my fun money on books. Even thought I would actually be fine with that…
Three – Sign up for a fitness class somewhere. Maybe some yoga? Try out Orangetheory? Join the Jazzercise revolution? I’ll have to look and see what I can find on Groupon!
Four – Mail out my Christmas cards. I still have a few addresses to gather, but I’m already on my way to getting this one done! (My cards are SUPER cute, by the way! The have LLAMAS on them!!)
Five – Make a car emergency kit. Now that the trunk of my car is (mostly) clean, I want to have an emergency kit in there, just in case. Have my army blanket, some hot hands, a flashlight, and whatever else I can think of! Maybe a few water bottles…
